Nevada County IHOP
Word-A-Live Family Church serves as the Host and Sponsor of Nevada County House of Prayer (NC-IHOP).
Its purpose is to serve Nevada County as a House of Biblical Prayer, Fasting and Intercession site, with the eventual 24/7 model to include around-the-clock God-focused worship.
The heart of this mission base is night-and-day prayer with worship. Two figures from the Bible who inspire us in this are Anna, the first evangelist and forerunner in the New Testament, who prayed and fasted for over sixty years before Jesus’ first coming (Lk. 2:37), and King David who organized and paid 4,000 musicians and 288 singers to worship God night and day (1 Chr. 23:1–25:31).
